Happy December!
Can we all sigh a high sigh of relief? 2020 is almost over and a fresh new year is upon us. We know so many of you are hoping that when the clock strikes midnight, everything will change back to the end of 2019 but let's be honest... things will never really be the same again.
We think that is exciting! As growth junkies, we know that the richness of 2020 will soon fully integrate itself and we will have so many new lessons under our belt.
But for today, we are sharing near and dear.. how to hold on to your employees. I (Nicki) spent 12 years in roles where retention was the heart and soul of my leadership so to say I am passionate about cultivating awesome teams, would be an understatement.
The thing about retention is that it is really about listening and creating an authentic connection with your people.
